Why did my order get cancelled?Updated 5 months ago

LBLA Beauty has the right to cancel any orders due to unauthorized use of our website or violation of our Terms of Use. If your order has been cancelled you will receive a refund within 3-5 business days. 

Sometimes an order is flagged in our system as being a possible fraudulent charge, in which case our Customer Service team will reach out to you directly to gather more information and verify your purchase.  If we are unable to reach you within 3 business days, we may cancel your order.
