Why am I being charged twice for the same order?Updated 2 months ago
We understand that seeing multiple charges for the same transaction can be concerning. We are actively working to resolve this issue with Shopify, who has informed us that there is an ongoing investigation into these charges.
Please be assured that only one payment will be processed successfully. A second pending charge may appear until the transaction is fully processed, which can take a few days. Once the correct payment has been posted, any additional pending charge(s) should disappear.
Shopify has informed us that this issue is directly related to the "Shop Pay" payment option. Until Shopify resolves this issue, we recommend using a different payment option. If you do not see any other payment options on the checkout screen, scroll down towards the bottom of the page and click the "Checkout as Guest" link. This will direct you to a page that will show additional payment options outside of "Shop Pay
