My order is lost/missing.Updated 5 months ago

If you are concerned that your order is lost/missing, here are some helpful tips:

Please make sure you have received a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.  You may also check the status of your order by logging into your account here: https://www.lashboxla.com/account/login?return_url=%2Faccount

If your tracking information was created today and does not show any transit movements then tracking updates will appear the following business day after it has shipped. 

If the tracking information was created on a Friday, your updates may not show until the following business day on Monday when a courier picks up your package, as our shipping couriers do not work on the weekends. 

If your tracking information shows as delivered but you cannot find you order - please check your mailbox, areas around your house and neighboring houses / businesses. Sometimes your package may have been handed to the neighbor or dropped off at the wrong address close by.
