Allow me to explain the reason for this: During the manufacturing process, the workers will first add the blue tape, then place the orange tape with lashes right on top. 

In a perfect scenario, they should be aligned and the blue tape shouldn’t show from the bottom on the orange. However since these lashes are hand made by humans, it is not always perfectly aligned, which can result in the lashes getting stuck to a portion of the blue tape.

This can be easily fixed by peeling off the orange tape and readjusting it so that it is covering the blue tape. However, if this is an issue, we have no problem sending a new tray of lashes.
