After you've placed an order, you will first receive a confirmation email and once the order is shipped you will then receive a second email with your shipping information and your tracking number. If you did not receive an email with your shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder. You can also log into your account to view the status of your order and view the tracking information CLICK HERE

Our priority is to always get your product to you as soon as possible. Our small (but mighty) team processes all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt. That means that your order will not be picked up by courier to start its way to you until 2-3 business days after you’ve placed your order. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00AM PST, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed the following business day. Our shipping department is closed on weekends and major holidays.
