Subscription Address Changes
Important Notice
If you need to update the shipping address for your subscription, please note that your Lashbox LA account and your Subscription Account are separate profiles and do not automatically sync with one another.
Updating the address on your Lashbox LA account does not update the address on your subscription account. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that both profiles reflect the correct shipping address before a subscription order processes.
If you need assistance updating either account, our Customer Service Team is happy to help verify that the changes have been made correctly.
Before Your Subscription Ships
To help prevent delivery issues, we send email notifications prior to your subscription processing and shipping. These emails include the shipping information associated with the order and provide an opportunity to review your details.
Additionally, subscription orders go through a processing period before shipment. This grace period allows customers time to contact us if any information, including the shipping address, needs to be corrected.
It is the customer's responsibility to review all account information and notify us of any necessary changes before the order ships.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped
If an address error is discovered while the package is still in transit, we may be able to request an address correction with the shipping carrier. Please note that carriers charge a fee for this service, and this address correction fee is the customer’s responsibility and must be paid before the request can be submitted.
Address corrections are not guaranteed and remain subject to carrier approval.
If the Package Has Already Been Delivered
Once a package has been delivered, address correction is no longer possible.
If the package was delivered to an old or incorrect address, we recommend attempting to retrieve the package directly from that location whenever possible.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to Lashbox LA by the carrier due to an incorrect address, we can arrange to reship the order once it is received back at our warehouse.
Please note that a reshipping fee will apply and must be paid before the package can be sent out again.
To avoid additional fees, we strongly encourage customers to verify both their Lashbox LA account and Subscription Account information before each subscription order is processed.
