We're pleased to offer in-person pickup.👜 

Pickup will be available on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9 am to noon and 1 pm to 3:30 pm. 

While we'll be present during those hours, we kindly request that you email us at [email protected] or text our Customer Service line at (424) 408-0400 ahead of time with your estimated arrival time. 

If you're unable to pick up your order during the designated hours, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

You can pick up your order at Lashbox LA's headquarters, located at :

 ✨19823 Hamilton Avenue, Torrance, CA 90502✨ 

Please park in front of our building (look for the large LBLA sign) and ring the doorbell. 

Have your full name and order number ready (email confirmation or order screenshot preferred).
