My order is lost/missing.Updated 2 years ago

If your tracking information was created today and does not show any transit movements then tracking updates will appear the following business day. 

If the tracking information was created on a Friday, your updates may not show until the following business day on Monday when a courier picks up your package.

Please be aware our shipping couriers do not work on the weekends. If you do not see your package moving, please contact the courier number below that your order was shipped with (have your tracking number ready to provide the courier).

If your tracking information shows as delivered but you cannot find you order - Please check your mailbox, areas around your house and neighboring houses / business. Often times the package was handed to the neighbor or dropped off at the wrong address close by.

In many cases couriers will hide packages from public view to prevent it from being stolen. Do not worry as lost package(s) are usually found by the courier in 1-2 days.
