Subscriptions are only recommended for customers that have already used the item that you are interested in subscribing to. If you have not used the particular item, we strongly suggest that you try a one-time purchase, prior to subscribing.
Minimum subscription period is 2 subscription cycles. After 2 cycles, you may cancel your subscription through your customer portal or by contacting customer support. Opened items may not be returned.

Orders for subscriptions that have already been processed cannot be cancelled. You must cancel your subscription before the renewal takes place.
