While there is information circulating in the lash industry that this is a solution to adhesive allergies, there is no solid evidence that it is safe to put eyelash extensions on someone who is allergic to the adhesive just because you wash them afterwards.  LBLA is still researching this topic, you may try this technique at your own discretion.
