Are your adhesives and products hypoallergenic?Updated 2 years ago

“Hypoallergenic” is a common misconception means that there is a smaller likelihood of a cosmetic causing reactions than other similar products. We do not have one glue over another that is more for sensitive eyes.  Each of our adhesives dry very quickly, and the faster an adhesive dries, or cures, the less likely you are to have a reaction.

Most people will gravitate towards clear adhesives because they might think they are hypoallergenic. Invisible Genius simply does not contain carbon black. Superhero adhesive dries so quickly that it could possibly fall into a hypoallergenic category, but we don’t label it as such.

Unfortunately, that term only means what any particular company wants it to mean for them. Usually it just means there is less of the active ingredient in the product that is labeled Hypoallergenic. The reason that some people might experience less irritation to clear glue is because it cures so quickly.
